An 45 years old male came to our dental clinic with complain of mobile teeth and wants to replace his missing teeth

clinical examination

on examination 14  was missing and grade-2 mobility present in 16..OPG and CBCT taken. CBCT reveals bone loss in relation to 16 region and adequate bone width and height was present in 14 region.

treatment plan

  • advise extraction of  16 and replace with 2 basal implants
  • advise 1 basal implant in 14

treatment done 

  • pre medication given
  • local anesthesia given using STA
  • extraction of 16 done and 2 basal implants placed
  • flap less implant placed in 14 region
  • PMMA crown fixed
  • Advised patient to return after 3 months for permanent crown
