Key hole implant placement for missing upper premolar

Patient came with a complaint of missing upper premolar which was removed 2 years back because of grossly decayed  & wants  fixed tooth  now.

Treatment plan advised keyhole single basal implant placement with CAD CAM acrylic crown & Advised permanent crown after 6 months
