Immediate teeth replacement in Chennai with basal implants

A 48 yr old female patient complains of discoloured and pain in 13 tooth and pain in right upper back tooth region .

On examination, the tooth 13 was non vital and 15 was root canal treated and periapically infected and missing 14, metal ceramic bridge was there in 14,15 and was mobile .

Treatment plan done was extraction of 13, 15 and basal implants in relation to 13,14,15 and immediate replacement with PMMA bridge .

To advise Zirconia bridge after 3 months .
