An young 28 years old male came to our dental clinic complaining mobile upper front teeth and wants to replace it…patient had history of trauma few years back

on clinical examination grade 2 mobility in relation to 22 region..opg and cbct taken…favorable bone height and width present in relation to 22 region..hence advised extraction of 22 and immediate implant placement under local anesthesia. and advised pmma crown.

- pre medication given.
- local anesthesisa given using STA
- 22 extraction done and immediate dental implant was placed into the socket
- pmma crown fixed in relation to 22 region
- patient asked to report after 3 months for permanent zirconia crown
